Today, @rutgerm invited me to give a short presentation on Web2.0/Social Media for the UMCG, the biggest University Hospital in the Northern part of The Netherlands.
The slides are in Dutch, but the pay-off deserves translation, simply because everyone should know the five steps to get to work with social media. Forrester did a great job outlining these in the book Groundswell.
